The data collected by ANMEC Consulting in evaluations are used for statistical purposes and to measure educational impact, helping us understand the social relevance of our programs. ANMEC Consulting safeguards the privacy of personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares).

The personal data we collect through Excel sheets, questionnaires, and/or evaluations, depending on the program and its purpose, include:

Age
Gender
Email addresses
Address

School
Major/Career
Company
Education level
Academic average
CURP (Unique Population Registry Code)
Current occupation
Marital status
Personal image and/or via video call
How do we use your data?
Your personal data is used for statistical purposes, measuring educational impact, understanding the social relevance of our programs, developing new educational programs, creating directories for student, volunteer, and faculty follow-up, running volunteer programs, assigning students to volunteers based on their major, and sharing student data with companies and vice versa.
How do we protect your data?
We implement technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your data and prevent its alteration, unauthorized use, access, or processing.
With whom do we share your data?
ANMEC Consulting may transfer your personal data to educational databases, CRM and ERP systems, and the members of its Committee. In such cases, we inform you that ANMEC Consulting will take the necessary measures to ensure that individuals with access to your personal data comply with the privacy policy, as well as with the principles of personal data protection established in the Law.
What are your rights?
As a personal data owner, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding the processing of your personal data before ANMEC Consulting. Furthermore, you may revoke, at any time, the consent you have granted that was necessary for the processing of your personal data.
Revocation of consent
You may revoke your consent, as well as object to the processing of your personal data for purposes other than ANMEC Consulting’s visit to your institution or company. To do so, you may send a written request, which must be delivered to ANMEC Consulting’s address.
