Symphony Project

Digital transformation is an unstoppable event. Equipping the latest technology to centralize activities adds value to the business. Based on the above, the Sinfonia project fulfills the objective of providing a space in SAP ERP implementations where different roles and activity positions can be performed. Time is optimized, processes are automated, tasks are reduced, errors are minimized, and activities and everything else involved in implementing the project are fully controlled.

Stages of the Symphony Project

1 - Project Preparation

2 - Business Blueprint

3 - Realization

The project is formally initiated and PLANNING begins

The SAP team (Consultants) gathers requirements and conducts the conceptual design of the solution. The client must sign it to continue.

The solution is BUILT and unit and comprehensive testing is performed, as well as performance tests called «A Day in the Life of SAP» (DILT Testing = Day in Live Time).

4 - Final Preparation

5 - Go Live and Support

6 - RunSAP

Users are trained; final check before the cutover: a 3-day blind period where the old system is shut down to transfer data to the new system.

The solution is confirmed, support is launched and the project is consolidated.

The operation of the solution is assured.
